Troubleshooting. . .
For the most part it looks like those who can see the site are getting through and ordering okay. I know some of you are having some problems, most of which have to do with the fact that the site hasn't completely turned over (even if you can see the home page). Trying tomorrow again would probably be a good thing.
I will post some feedback tomorrow once my programmer has had a chance to look at it. If you get a specific error message, please send it to the contact link with the specifics of exactly what you tried to do and what you were doing when it happened. I will also have a better idea by then about what is due to the site not populating in full and what is due to an actual glitch.
Here is the direct URL to the shopping cart if is helpful:
More tomorrow. We really still have plenty of everything to go around. I promise we will get everyone checked out successfully!

Without sounding too snotty ( can you tell how upset I am ) Some of us have been trying to no avail and must work tomorrow! So I basically have wasted an evening trying and will be out of luck since I am not home !

HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)
This is what I am getting.

I use AOL and wasn't getting anywhere. I decided to try using explorer and got in right away. Maybe that will work, try a different browser.

Hi all! I had trouble accessing the site, too, so my hubby recommended using a "proxy site" -- here it is, and it worked for me!

This is the error message I'm getting: An error has occurred calculating your shipping.

I got to the site fine, but half the pages wouldn't display correctly during checkout, I had to re-enter data repeatedly, and then got the above message. This is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Sorry -- to add to the previous post. Once you get to that site (I know it has a weird name, but it's legit), THEN enter the URL that Jenni provided for the new page. OH, and I would not recommended using that approach to order product, since it is a proxy site.

I'm in the UK and use Microsoft internet explorer.

I've deleted cookies and temp files.

I've tried to log in with my old membership details - no joy.

Have to tried to re-register my details - no joy....

when I press continue I get the following message...............

You may enter your customer information here. We will save this information to make your purchasing easier in the future
First Name:
ADODB.Field error '80020009'

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.

/eco/history.asp, line 0

I've cre-cleared cookies / temp files in between each attempt.

I willkeep trying. I've had each paper kit so far....don't want to miss out. Was hoping things would be smooth this time around.

I'm in the UK, and I think so far got as far as choosing what I want to buy, and can see everything sitting in the shopping cart, although I am getting a message which tells me that I have already purchased a membership for the project kit, and I don't need to buy another one. But Each time I try to checkout, I get page Not Found. Yes, very frustrating!! I hope it gets sorted very quickly.

Beautiful new site! I got on and ordered over 100 bucks work (probably small potatoes compared to others), but I had an error the first time, the second time it worked like a dream! Congratulations and it won't take any time for the kinks to work out. People please be kind and patient with Miss Jenni! So worth the wait girlfriends!

I still cannot see the site and it is killing me knowing that some can see all your great stuff.

Anonymous said...

It's killing me, too!! I feel like I am doing something wrong! I can't even see the new homepage! I'm really not complaining, I'm just a little sad and jealous! I know it will be worth the wait.

Anonymous said...

Ahhh! I still can't get on either! Keep trying all the time - don't know what else to do!! Hope I can still buy one of each! :)

Anonymous said...

Any updates or tips? I'm using IE and still no luck.

Jenni,

I "think" I got on and even ordered. I didn't get a confirmation on email, but it said my order was complete...The only complaint I have is that I wanted one of everything and I don't have enough money to get it all!! LOL Beautiful site, cool stuff. You have done a GREAT job.

Well I got further tonight, than before, but I still can't checkout of the shopping cart. I have put my details in about 10 times, and the frustration is beginning to get to me, and then finally I get this error.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005'

Invalid procedure call or argument: 'instrrev'

/eco/ecoinit.inc, line 39

I'll send it to the "contact" e-mail, so you can have a good look at it.

Other than that, the site is great.

Any updates yet? I'm dying to buy stuff! LOL! And see the kits! Any way you could post the Dec. kit here so we could see it? I bet it's soooo cute!
