Slowly but surely. . .
Unfortunately when you launch a new site, it can be very tricky to assign a specific time to when everyone will be able to see it. My programmer explained this very well to me today, but it basically comes down to your Internet Service Provider and how long it takes them to "receive" the message that that we have a new site. There is really no way around it.
We have alot of inventory- on all products. I have just glanced at orders and we still have plenty of everything and I expect to for several days (or all month). Most products would only be temporarily out of stock anyway. I also looked into getting more of the Limited Edition Bookplate Ornaments together, so if these sell out quickly, I will restock them.
If you are getting "page can't be displayed" or server errors it is most likely because every page at the site has not transferred over so if you give it a little while, you shouldn't have a problem.
Thanks for your patience - I hope you enjoy the site! Did you notice if you move over the photos on the home page they turn to color??

Internet Explorer still BUMPS ME off with an error message, shuts down, end of story, every time I try to link to your site from here. I've been successful getting to the old site by having the exact URL. Can you please tell me what the URL is for the new site? If it's the same URL then I'm in tough shape. I wish I knew what the problem is! Yours is the ONLY SITE that I try to go to where this happens!

I can see the new site but it will not let me check out.

By the way the site looks incredible

Hope this is fixed soon. I can't go to sleep until I know my order is placed. I love this months kits...both of them

Not trying to be a pain, but could someone who can actually get the new site up please LMK if it is the same URL? If it is different then maybe I can actually get to it. If it is the same then I guess I'm still stuck.

BTW am I truly the only person on the planet for whom IE crashes every time I try to get to www.jennibowlin.com?

What's with that?

OK well I guess I'll give up and go to bed and hope that in the morning it'll be better. I really don't understand the IE crashing thing AT ALL. It's very frustrating.

Maybe someone who actually can see the site and the kits can give us some details to tide us over til we can actually see it to. Or maybe and IT guru can explain why we can't see it to!!

Hey Jenni ... the site is gorgeous! I think - HOPE - my order went through. I was having problems early, then it went through and I got the confirmation email (yay!). However, i went to look back at the site and got the old one again. Can you just let me know if you got my order?? Thanks!

OKAY, everyone..try this-my computer hubby's tip...worked for me:

go to "tools"-upper left computer
choose "internet options"
click on "delete files"-these are just temporary files...so do not worry

Then try Jenni's site again and it should come up!

I was just able to place my order. I don't know if this will help anyone but I cleared my files and cookies and then went into the site and was able to check out.
