We are only offering registration for the full event this time. Should we not sell out by the beginning of April we may possibly offer individual class/crop registration but that is not anticipated at this point.
Any questions/comments?? Leave a note here and I will try to address them in a later post.
And. . . stay tuned as we will be having a mid-month release at Mercantile with some fun vintage crafting kits, new individual JBS products, new vintage items and more!! I will announce the exact day and time next week, but the plan is for Thursday March 18th.
Oh. . .we also added back just a few of this month's sold out kits. Get them while you still can!!
Happy weekend!
I have some fun ideas up my sleeve this time, including a hosted trip to the Flea Market!!
More info. on registration early next week but hold the dates:
Friday April 23rd and Saturday April 24th 2010, Mt. Juliet, TN
As always, this is a very intimate event. I like to learn everyone's name and hug them goodbye when they leave! Although we may try to expand the venue in the future, it will never be a "100's+" event. I can't wait to share everything with you. We are going to have a great time!
(P.S. - if you attended the event in December you will be getting a direct e-mail from me, hopefully this weekend).

I am also putting up a few St. Patty's Day Crafting Kits (under Limited Edition Kits). I only have a handful so if you really love it, it might be a good idea to get on tonight!
We will also have some mid-month March release special kits (and all new JBS product will be up individually then as well). More info on that soon!
See you tonight (midnight central time)!
Everything is completely provided in my class kits by the way (you just have a list of tools to bring).
I am only teaching on Thursday and Friday as we are headed to Greece that Saturday (for another event I'm pinching myself over)!
Seems so far away, but I know it will be here before I know it!
Registration will be open soon so I will keep you posted.
Planning to spend all weekend in my studio getting projects done for Vintagefest (remember, hold the dates: April 23rd and 24th)! I hope to have the details together by early next week, with registration to open in mid-March at the latest.
So much to do, so little time!
Must get off this thing for now though - my favorite two shows are getting ready to start on History Channel - American Pickers and Pawn Stars. I'm sure you are sooooo surprised!!
And. . .I have uploaded a project into my gallery at the site! 3 months in a row - I'm on a roll!
After many months of anticipation, the SCRAPHD website if officially live! You can now sign up for a monthly membership.
As a Club Member you will get unlimited access to all of the JBS products currently loaded (and all other sponsors of course)! You will also be able to Print from Home, upload .png files from your current digital collection, upload multiple photos at a time, and more! All for only $9.99 per month.
And its easy to use (if I can do it, so can you)!
Hop over there and take a look (you can create a free account to see how you like it first - you just don't have access to everything).
Post a link in the comment section to something you created with at least one JBS digi product and in one week we will pick at random from those posts a winner for a free month membership!
Such a great idea for creating gifts for family members, particularly when you are short on time. Just create some base layouts, print out in multiple, and add some coordinating embellishments to still give it that handmade feel!
I can't wait to see what you guys create!

This month's Project Kit can fit in the palm of your hand! I found a big lot of these wonderful old Aspirin Tins last summer and filed them away for a special project. Love this one!! Several other vintage goodies also included.
We are at about 2" right now, and counting! Of course school was cancelled yesterday, before it even started. I so love to see it though - and of course snow is nature's perfect light reflector.
They work wonderfully with a 1/2" circle punch to make a medallion. Just punch a circle out of coordinating cardstock, add your alpha sticker and then use small scissors to cut "slashes" in towards the alpha sticker. Run your fingers around the edges to fan a bit. Love, love, love these!!!! (hope you do to)!
(oh- and the background cardstock is one of our new open-stock sheets from Coredinations, available mid-late February)!!
2010 Vintage Valentines Crafting Kit . . .
2010 Valentine Necklace Kit featuring an antique Victorian Calling Card. . .
and. . .a few custom Valentine-themed necklaces made by me!
Also, Junque Boxes have been restocked again (and of course include some different junk)!
(P.S.- If you were waiting to purchase this month's Papercrafting and Project Kits, they are each within 10 of being gone - just a heads up)!
One more CHA peek coming Thursday!!!

New Bingo Alpha Tiles! I really made these for me because I was forever cutting out numbers from my bingo cards and crying because I didn't have letters. Well now I do (and so do you)!! Love the altered look you get from just cutting and pasting "raw", you know?? 4 colors to choose from.
Look for another post tomorrow on the mid-month releases at Mercantile Wednesday!!
(thanks for all of the great comments by the way!!)
Introducing our new self-adhesive Embellished Butterflies with clear rhinestones and ever-so-slightly creased wings. Available in Red, Black, Navy, Orange, Pink and Brown.
They make me so very happy!

This sweet table is sitting at my father-in-laws right now getting a bit cleaned up. We cut the legs down so we can use it for a coffee table. In the upper right hand corner of it you can see a tiny plaque. It came from the Ohio State University Library. Jared's uncle was shearing his dog on it in the barn. He knows how much I love this stuff and he graciously handed it over.
So we are finalizing lighting, reading up on how best to fence in goats AND preparing for CHA!!
CHA previews soon and info. on a mid-month Mercantile valentine goodie release. It's going to be a great month!
Lisa created this fun layout with January's Papercrafting Kit - its full of fun colors and a few vintage surprises!
The Project Kit is based off a super cool Tim Holtz frame I saw hanging in his booth at CHA. My version is a Valentine collage created on an 8" wood frame from Kaisercraft (I provide the reproduction class photo but you can use your own special photo)!
Finally the Add-On Kit has oodles of vintage finds and my favorite flowers from Prima in the softest of pinks!
We have so much planned for 2010! It's going to be a great year!
