Another theme you will see often in these posts are tobacco related items. I have long loved the intricate detailing involved with tobacco marketing (box labels, cigar labels, tins and such). Combine that with a folk art craft and I really get excited. Below are two decoupage little bowls that I recently picked up. This was an early craft that used a clear glass bowl as a base with old cigar labels collaged on the bottom, and then finished with a lightweight piece of felt. I now have several of these and they have become one of my favorite collections that I am always looking to add to.
