We gave it a try. . .

Seems it would have been better for me to try a new feature during the day hours when my web support is in the office!

I couldn't even add the Hodge Podge Garland kit to the cart myself. I'm not sure what was wrong but it seems the "Members Only" feature was messing something up so for now it is just up for general sale. If you tried to order between 9:00 and 9:30 and would like the Hodge Podge Garland Kit please go in and order it now and we will refund you the extra shipping (send us a note please to jennibowlin@gmail.com).

I am not trying to be rude at all but I quit "attempting' to place orders at all because I had a problem every single time for months. I contacted someone in your
office and they said they had not heard this from anyone else, but the person who first recommended your site told me she always had problems. I don't know other's experiences but maybe you need a new server. Love your things, just
can never get your site to work.

That may be a bit of bad luck. I order from the site sometimes 2 times a month and I receive 2 kits through the membership. I order many things online and think this site is the easiest to order from. Don't give up Jenni's product is worth it. I ordered the new kits this morning with no trouble.
