Another note for current subscribers
(all of this info. only applies to those who signed up for membership LAST month)
If you did not get an e-mail asking for you to update your billing information, please check your junk folders. Yahoo and AOL are automatically putting them there (and some others) because it has a link in it. It is a secure link, so please fill it out and send it over!
If you still don't have it and signed up for a subscription, send a note through the site or to sales@jennibowlin.com and let us know.
You do not have to have this updated before tonight to get your kit, so don't worry about that!

I did not get the email for the billing update. Can you please send it to me? I've been trying to send you mail to all your addresses but it keeps coming back to me.

So sorry to bother you -- but I did not get the email and it wasn't in my spam or junk folder...also, sending you email at sales@jennibowlincom keeps getting returned to me...

So sorry....I know how frustrated you must be -- I am praying for you guys....hang in there -- it will all get straightened out...I just know it.

Jenni, Hey, I am having some big troubles tonight with purchasing the project kit and when I tried sending you an email detailing my problems, I kept getting an error saying that the CDO or something couldn't be accessed. Could you please email me at scrapart @insight.rr.com so I can get this straightened out? I REALLY want that project kit this month ;) Sorry I had to leave this on your blog, but nothing else was working. Thanks!

Hi Jenni,
I had the same problem as dawn. I entered my credit card information, hit continue and got the error messages. I don't know if I bought the kit or not. I tried to send you a message through the website and got an error message. I then tried the email listed in this post and it came back as undeliverable. Please contact me:

Hi. I've tried 3 times to order the March Kit with no luck : (
I hope it doesn't charge my credit card 3 times. I tried sending a message through the website and got an error message. Then I tried the email listed in this post and it came back as undeliverable.

I had no problem at the checkout--yea! I also got the email receipt promptly after I placed my order. OK, so I did hit one tiny little glitch: One thing that might be preventing some people from purchasing the kits is putting the spaces in their credit card numbers. Once I removed the spaces my order was processed. Can't wait for the 10th and the kits to hit the mail!!!

I've e-maild you, though in case you see this first...I cannot select UK as my country at checkout when filling in the billing info, so my order will not go through.

I'm so excited for this month's kit but I'm not able to get through the link to order it. I'm getting the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested Url: /content.aspx

And then I'm getting the same CDO message error when I try to e-mail you through the studio site.

Please help, I really don't want to miss out on the kit!

I hate to be a bother, but I am a little confused. I visited the website this morning in order to add the project kit to my order. I added the kit to my cart, then did the membership email verification. Is that all I need to do?? Or do I need to complete the check out and enter my credit card information again???

I tried to email you through the site, but like the other ladies I got an error message.

I just love this months kits!!!! I can not wait to get them so I can play!!!!!!!

i too keep getting an error when i try to purchase a kit or email you via sales or support on the website. i was trying to order this month's paper crafting kit at a one time price.

sorry, here's another one!! I 've had trouble since last night. I've tried to send emails to contact us and sales@jennibowlin, neither would work. I'm trying to become a member (can't find the spot to do that), then order the march kit!! can you help??
