Vintagefest Registration is Open!

You can sign up here, right now, at the site (in the General Store under Classes and Events in case the link doesn't work for you)!!

Below is the Schedule of Events (posted as well at the site here). As you can see, the little surprise up my sleeve this time was a trip to the TN State Fairgrounds Flea Market on Friday!! There are also 3 classes this time instead of 2, as well as a bonus project during the crop on Saturday night.

Schedule of Events

Friday, April 23rd – (Friday events are for full weekend attendees only)

8:30 a.m. – Vintagefest full-weekend attendees meet in the lobby of hotel to catch the bus to flea market.
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. - Shop TN State Fairgrounds Flea Market (lunch is not provided on this day, but stands will be open at the Flea Market)
3:30 p.m. – Return to Hotel
6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Crop and Shop for full-weekend attendees only

Saturday, April 24th -

9:00a.m. – On-Site store opens to the public (the store will remain open for come-and-go shopping until 9:00 p.m.)
10:00a.m. – 12:00p.m. - Mother’s Day Box Book Class
12:00p.m. – 1:00p.m. - Lunch (provided for full-weekend attendees)

3:30p.m. – 5:30p.m. – Vintage Home Décor: Class 1
6:00p.m. – 11:00p.m. – Crop (Dinner will be provided for full-weekend attendees). BONUS PROJECT (for full weekend attendees) – Create a one-of-a-kind Vintage Pin during crop!

• Registration is now available for the full weekend event only. Individual class tickets may be available if the event does not sell out.

• The On-Site Store will open at 9:00a.m. and close at 9:00p.m. on Saturday. Anyone can come and shop at anytime (there is no fee to enter). We will have great discounts on past kits as well as misc. papers and embellishments. However, our “store” has become famous for our unique vintage and antique finds including old ledger and music papers, salt and pepper shakers full of glass glitter, ephemera, old rhinestone jewelry pieces, display pieces for your home studio, vintage cards, bits and baubles and SO MUCH MORE! New this year – Jenni’s one-of-a-kind jewelry made from vintage and antique materials. We will of course also have the full line of Jenni Bowlin Studio products.

• Every purchase at the store will enter you into the drawing for several door prizes throughout the day (you do not have to be present to win).

• Southwest Airlines offers inexpensive flights to Nashville. The Mt. Juliet Hampton Inn is approximately 11 miles from Nashville International Airport off of Interstate 40. If you would like to book a room, please contact us as we are attempting to block out rooms for the best rate. Breakfast is included with your stay at Hampton Inn.

Here are some photos from each of the 3 classes (details are on the registration page). . .

Mother's Day Box Book

Vintage Home Decor: Class 1

Altered Memo Brag Book

We are only offering registration for the full event this time. Should we not sell out by the beginning of April we may possibly offer individual class/crop registration but that is not anticipated at this point.

Any questions/comments?? Leave a note here and I will try to address them in a later post.

And. . . stay tuned as we will be having a mid-month release at Mercantile with some fun vintage crafting kits, new individual JBS products, new vintage items and more!! I will announce the exact day and time next week, but the plan is for Thursday March 18th.

Oh. . .we also added back just a few of this month's sold out kits. Get them while you still can!!

Happy weekend!

Hi. I recieved an email from her about 2 days ago that said she would be sending out info around the first of April regarding the hotel rooms. I am so excited!! I cant hardly wait for this. Is anyone else going by themselves?? I couldnt talk any of my scrapbooking buddies into coming with me. They all had plans for the same time already, boy are they going to be sorry they are not going with me!!!
