aw...if you are anything like me, it's the 'in your face' statement that he is growing up that brings the tears. hang in there, and hang on tight!

As time passes with kids, it is amazing which of our buttons get pushed. My button right now is that my baby boy is getting married in *50* days. Cute how they are counting down the days on facebook and their wedding page. Hope your tears will be replaced with a smile, he is so cute!!

My 9 year old gets his off for good (his top brackets came off just before Christmas) in a few weeks...at least until he's older. It's amazing how much older they look with them and then another age spurt when they get them off!

What a cutie. Mine look bigger everyday. Everyone tells you it goes fast, but did it have to be THIS fast?

Too funny. I took both of my kids to the orthodontist yesterday to get their braces and I look here and see your son. Everyone says the same thing about them...they now look so old.

oh my greatness... I know what you mean, we are going through the same thing with my little guy. He is 10 going on 25. He will always be your baby boy, braces or no braces, 10 or 25, you get to be his one and only mom. Lucky girl!

We had 2 in braces (so far)...it's well worth it!! Second son didn't survive long enough to get his braces off. Embrace the time you have...one never knows what tomorrow holds.

Could it be the fact he is SOOOOO grown up? :( I hate that kids do that to us!
