Please Read - Site is down!!
Honestly, I'm not sure about all of the details myself yet, but my programmer has been getting the site up piece by piece and has told me that it will be down at least all day (it really was never "up"). So, even though it looks like it is ready (as the pictures show up), the functionality is not there (hence why I got over 100 e-mails while I was in the shower)! I have asked him to put a note up at the site on the home page so that people don't waste their time trying to check out.
I'm hoping that happens very soon.
In the meantime, here is some helpful information:
-we have not sold anything to anyone (so don't worry about kits being gone). No one is able to checkout currently.
- I will post here as soon as I know when it is all functioning properly.
- I don't believe passwords have gone out to current members yet either. I am waiting to hear on this and will post when I know more.
-if you have sent me an e-mail, you will probably get a really quick response from me (not specific) with a link to this blog. I have far more to answer than any one person could keep up with, so I think this is the best way to do it for now. The vast majority say that you tried to check-out and could not. Just reading all of this should help you out.
Okay, that is all for now. As I know more, I will post. Thanks for your patience!

I was able to get my password by clicking on forgot password and my shipping/billing info is correct but like others, unable to check out.

Never mind jenni - sure it's just a glitch. On the positive side it must be great to know we are all so hungry for your lovely kits.

Just got my password, logged on to see that my membership is not registered. Also I clicked on billing and all my CC details came up. they were not encrypted and the site was not showing the secure "locked" icon. A bit concerned about this security issue and would rather I couldn't see my CC details at all.

Got this double message with my recent attempt:

Order is Processed Successfully.
An Error has occurred: Error



so not sure if it actually went through or not.
I agree about the CC info out there unsecured.

this is my 2nd month of subscription. can anyone please tell me will i get the new kit automaticaly or do i still need to purchase it on site?? thanks for your help

got my password in an email and was able to log in and change my password with no problems....

it didn't show any membership for me under the basic information but my billing information is all there so hopefully i'm still subscribed :)

I am in agreement with her about the credit card information being able to be accessed by me... I had those same thoughts when I accessed mine. Hopefully it would never be an issue (hackers, etc.) but these days you can't be too careful!

Hey there! Just attempted the purchase of the monthly project kit again (for the 2nd time today), says completed transaction/Error. Hope I haven't ordered (2) so far..if so we can fix it later. Also I thought we could have the option to ship with our monthly papercrafting kit, but I didn't see that option??? I am thinking about ya during this crazy internet mess...don't worry we all will wait as long as it takes..just so we get your wonderful product!! SMILE!!
