International Purchasers . . .
You will notice that you get an error when checking out. We are working on it now and should have it ready for you in a couple of hours (I will post here when it is working for you). Sorry about that!!
Also, please only hit the process kit once. We will have it fixed in about an hour where you won't be able to hit it twice (it will take you to a "please wait" page). A few of you hit the button again while it was processing. It didn't charge you twice though, but you may see two memberships in your box and get two receipts. We can see that on our end and are cleaning it up now (so if you go in tomorrow, you will only see one membership). It is only a handful of people, so everyone else disregard.
Other than that - so far so good!!! I will keep you posted. . .

Jenni - I'm not an int'l purchaser and am still having trouble checking out. I get an error message as soon as I hit "I agree." I've been trying since 9:10 EST.

If it will help, here is the first part of the error message...

INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_tbl_Cart_tbl_Customer'. The conflict occurred in database 'JenniBowlin', table 'tbl_Customer', column 'CustId'. The statement has been terminated.

Is it just me? I created my account and then no membership showed. So I tried again (probably shouldn't have done that) and it just keep trying to get me to sign up for a new account.

I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

Jenni, I'm not an International purchaser either and I'm having trouble also. It keeps telling me I have not put in my provience/state and I have but, it still won't work? So I'm not able to order either... Just thought you should know.

Not an international customer either who is having trouble attempting to purchase a membership for the mothly kit & project. I have been trying since 8:30.

Hi Jenni - Same for me. Not intl and if I try to create an acct first, it gives me the error message that it needs a province and if I try to order first, I get the whole foreign key error message. Yikes! I so don't want to miss out on this kit :( Thanks, Laura

I'm not an international customer, and I am having the same issues. I can't create an account or purchase anything.

I've been trying for about 3 hours now :(

I'm not able to get anything but the message that the site it experiencing problems. Tried every way I can think of to get around it but no luck. Any suggestions?

I was having problems but I went in and created an account and then I quite getting an error message at the "I agree" prompt. I hope this helps

I get an error message as soon as I click on I agree too. I am int'nl, but the system wouldn't know this at that point??

I am using IE from the UK and still having no joy.

Will keep trying though...I NEED one of those kits..
