Hi Jenni,
I am int'nl, but still can'tpurchase as each time I have to choose "I agree" I get the error code. I copied the code into one of my comments on the earlier two postings.

Jenni it wont allow us to checkout as its asking for a state but they are all US based - you need an option for non-US. In addition when I went back in it hadnt saved any of the details on my account I had created :-(

I am international and just checked out. The first time I did it i had the same problem as Kathy but then I logged in created a membership and tried again and it worked super beautifully, my state code was there too thanks to Jenni! As my 4 year old says "Great".

I can't create a membership...it won't accept my shipping or billing details...keeps saying I ned the billing providence???...I've even tried just selecting a US state even though I'm in the UK (England)

I've done it now in a very round about way....somehow found a screen following a link where it said login as someone else...then got the option to "become a new customer" followed that and my order has processed ( I am from the UK )
Now very happy....looking forward to the kits very much....they're well worth the wait and hassles( June will be month 5 for me ) ...look forward to seeing everyones projects in due course...

Nope - I am in the UK - it's not recognising my e-mail as a valid membership, have tried signing up as a new customer but still having problems. Site looking insecure as not requesting a password before allowing cc detail entry.

I went to sleep hoping the problems would be resolved when I woke up. I'm in the states, usine IE and I cannot get past I agree.
I know some people have been successful in purchasing, not me.
Just want you to know there are still problems.

ok...I am in the states, and thanks to Kathy, I found the round about way to order! Call me determined! To do this, you need the password that was sent to you (if you were an existing customer). Here goes.
1. Enter the site
2. Go to the bottom of the screem and click on Membership.
3. head to the bottom of that page and click where it says "My account-my membership".
4. On the next page, click on "This isn't me. I want to login as someone else".
5. Click on Become a new member.

From there you will fill out all your information again, and if you were a member before, you will need the password that sent to you by email.

I hope this helps. It worked for me. Jenni....if you're reading this, thanks again for all your hard work! I'm looking forward to that box in the mail! Have a Blessed Day!

Just in case: Remember Jenni said EVERYONE has to start fresh with a NEW membership, NEW password (you can use your old one if you want, but you have to type it in anew). Although the option box appears for continuing membership, there is no data base to support it, so you get ERROR.

I am in Canada and was able to CHECKOUT! I did have to create a NEW MEBERSHIP to be able too.

Hope the rest of you can get it all worked out!

Are folks re-creating themselves as new customers?
That's what I did and I had no issues whatsoever.
FYI, I use Mozilla as my internet browser.

I was having trouble too, but did what Kathy did and it worked wonderfully. Whew...was afraid I wasn't going to get my kits. Have got them all since the first and love them. I was really stressing that I wasn't going to get it figured out...Wooohooo...

can anyone answer this q for me - I signed up for the 3 month sub and on my home page it shows the following:
3 Month Subscription Papercrafting Kit and then the quanitity of items is 2...now Im not too sure of thats 2 kits ordered each month or 2 kits left out of the 3 month sub? would be interested to see what others have!

i purchased the kit last night pretty easily-
heres what i did:
i went to my account- then to become a new customer and filled in all my information- then i added the items to my cart and checked out-
i think the key was creating a new account before i added items to the cart- if you add everything to the cart first then you get error messages-
i got a email confirmation and i am way excited to get the kits!i hope this helped a bit

just worked for me.... I went to the bottom and clicked 'this isn't me' and re-entered all my info and purchased the kit successfully! :)

OK I am not an international customer but Here is how I got it to work after at least 20 times trying since last night. go to jennibowlin.com click on membership(bottom of page)click my account my membership click this isin't me/I want to lgin as someone else(bottom of page)click become a new customer fill out info(3 pages) when then at that point I was able to add the membership to my cart and check out. when checking out I suggest that when you get to the credit card info a box will open that says only open secure information...if not I did notice that the secure lock was not on the page so I backtracked and redid it. hope that helps those of you that had just about given up like me.

I've got nearly to the end, but just can't get it to accept my shipping address and it's coming up with an error. I really need to put a state in, but live in England. How did you other guys do it internationally? I even tried a state, and that doesn't work. I put the county in as a province, but that's not helping. This is just so frustrating, I so want to keep wikth these kits. Can anyone help me.

Thanks Caron! That worked! I knew that our old info was no longer valid, I just didn't realize that we had to enter our "new" info before we could order. I probably just missed that!

Just a helpful hint for anyone still having problems, down in the lefthand corner after agreeing to terms you need to say it is not you and then start a new membership....had alot of problems until i did this and then it went like clockwork!! Cant Wait Jenni!! :) Tanya
